Business Analyst / Solutions Architect 


Minneapolis, MN


  • Assist and facilitate meetings; gather and document detailed requirement specifications.

  • Partner with the Development team, Sales and any other business units to ensure solutions meet standards.

  • Collaborate with Project managers, business stakeholders and developers on providing status updates & coordinating project update meetings.

  • Work with end users & business partners to assess requirements.  Match these requirements to objectives and guide them to the applicable processes & products including developing specifications and requirements.

  • Analyzes and evaluates user needs. 

  • Assists in developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of the business' current technology and infrastructure from a functional perspective. 

  • Reviews test plans for multiple projects and ensures that test cases and results meet requirements.

  • Participate in development and maintenance of technical and project documentation    and provide support for the release documentation process (example; release notes, user manuals, API documentation and supported hardware/software)

  • Participate in feature enhancement development planning and implementation

The ideal candidate will have the following background and experience:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a   technical/SAAS/ product development environment. 

  • Self-motivated and can learn quickly /Solid experience in gathering and tracking requirements, Experience with Agile and Scrum environment

  • Strong written, organizational and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams across the organization.
